Opening in Mayfair, Chez Rose is the first bistro from Chef Spencer Metzger. The restaurant takes its name from Metzger’s late grandmother, Rosemary, a huge influence and role model during his childhood. Her warmth and love of food helped inspire his path into cooking.

At Chez Rose, Metzger will bring that influence into a relaxed neighbourhood bistro setting, combining seasonal British produce with the spirit and technique of classic French cooking.

The restaurant is created in partnership with acclaimed restaurateurs Jason Atherton and Irha Atherton, who join Metzger in bringing the project to life.
